It was another beautiful weekend in South Florida. Once again, I intentionally spent a lot of time outdoors to take advantage of the fall we’re seeing right now.
I’m now on Day 16 of Whole30, and I’m feeling great. My cravings have subsided and my relationship with food is changing dramatically. In other words, so far so good.
