Building a Process

One person can invent a process, but it takes the participants to make it meaningful.

All systems have two inputs: People and Processes. One can’t exist without the other.

So while one person might put together an ideal process, it’s those in the process that end up creating it. Whatever seems structured will break and improve once it’s tested.

As the creator, the best you can do is put it on paper and hand it off to the team. Let them work out a few derivatives until both the People and the Process are completely bulletproof and optimized for optimal efficiency.
