Cold Brew Coffee

It didn’t take much to think of it. It’s the same brewing process, but instead of brewing with hot water, you use room temperature and chill it for 12 hours. 

It sounds like anyone could have come up with this as some sort of dumb experiment, right?

For Stumptown Roasters in Portland, they’ve started a trend that has swept the west-coast and is on the way to moving throughout the entire country. 

My new obsession for cold brew coffee has me thinking of the basics again. 

What can be improved upon? 

What would be a fun experiment?

Pursue those things. You might just strike gold.
