I ordered a bunch of flavors from Bare Bones Broth Company

Every morning, I’ll fill up a coffee mug with this stuff, warm it up, and sip on it like it’s coffee. It’s actually quite nice. Then, I introduce coffee much later in the day – closer to my inevitable daily afternoon crash. 

There’s no doubt this new experiment will be a section of my forthcoming book since I see myself continuing to incorporate bone broth into my diet moving forward.
